This programme with 6 guided tours is dedicated to the palaces of St.Petersburg. Being a capital of Russian Empire the city always attracted the most talented architectures who were constructing palaces for the richest families of the country. You will visit imperial palaces and noble mansions of different epochs.
Day 1: Arrive in St. Petersburg. Transfer to a chosen hotel.
Day 2: Tour of the City «Palaces and mansions of St. Petersburg». The Peter and Paul Fortress and Cathedral - the birth place of St.Petersburg, Kunstkamera, Spit of Basil's island, Summer Palace of Peter the Great, Menshikov's Palace - the places that as old as the city, Palace square. Lunch in Polovtsev mansion, a nice example of the mid 19-th century architecture. The special atmosphere of the mansion is generated by richly decorated interiors that have not been refurbished in the later years. Afternoon visit to Yussupov palace, a very nice home of the richest Russian noble family. This place with its refined style could compete with any royal residence. The palace theatre was always considered as a real attraction for its stylish interior and outstanding performances.

Day 3: Visit to the Hermitage. The museum is housed in Winter palace - official royal residence of Russian Emperors. It is the most celebrated and the most important of Russian museums, one of the most beautiful in the world. Lunch in the palace of Grand Duke Vladimir (The House of Scientists) and a tour of the palace. The palace, a perfect example of the Florentine Palazzo style, was built in 1864 for the son of Alexander II, Grand Duke Vladimir.
Optional: Dinner and Folk show in Palace of Grand Duke Nicolay.
Day 4: Tour of Peterhof (Petrodvoretz), the famous imperial residence with amazing gardens and fountains known as Russian Versailles. Visit to the Grand Palace. Lunch in «The Last Palace». The palace of Prince Abamelek-Lazarev happened to be the last palace erected in St. Petersburg before the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution. Located in the most magnificent part of St. Petersburg's historical downtown, the building has retained its dazzling interiors. Afternoon: walking tour of the Nevsky prospect. Free time in the city.
Optional: Concert in the palace interiors.
Day 5: Departure. Transfer to the airport.
